I originally started this blog to keep track of questions I ask on google, for I wanted to show the students in my research class what a little curiosity will lead to. I wasn’t very good at keeping track. I neglected the blog entirely except I used it to express some anger on occasion. I kept those angry posts private. I finally deleted them. And then I recently felt the need to go off of facebook. They didn’t know it, but several friends betrayed me. Actually, one person did see the posts that bothered me and wondered how all of these friends of mine could do what they did. I mourned my departure from facebook, for I apparently feel the need to share things. Mostly I shared gardening, cookery, and stories about my fabulous spotted saddle horse, Wonder Horse. I still want to do that. I just don’t want to do that in the same place as my not-quite friends on facebook. Don’t get me wrong. I understand why they did what they did, and I’m pretty sure it was with good intent, but it nevertheless hurt. Thus, I’m turning this blog into more of a bricolage–a blogolage–even if no one does read it. I’m good with that. There you have it.
Here’s my Wonder Horse :).
